MARKETING CONTENT SPECIALIST

Our new Marketing Content Specialist will help us drastically increase brand equity and reach through (1) emotionally impactful storytelling, (2) inspired content creation, and (3) strategic use of social media channels while also overseeing and executing on our proven direct-response marketing campaigns...

So we can fulfill our mission of delivering life-changing outcomes and an exceptionally supportive experience for the 70+ families we serve every year!

WHAT YOU WILL LOVE TO DO...

  • Create GREAT content through emotionally impactful storytelling (and masterful copywriting). Tell the story of our clients. Tell the story of our team members. Tell the story of our team. Every day you will be writing copy and creating content.
  • Understand our brand, speak through the brand's voice, and launch strategic brand-building campaigns across social channels.
  • Level up our reach/impact via social channels to drive engagement with other agents (for recruiting purposes) and prospective clients.
  • Leverage and oversee a team of Virtual Assistants to edit and distribute video and email content across multiple channels (MailChimp, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Extensive copywriting and scriptwriting
  • Quality control and curation of listing photography to ensure each home's photo set is stunning
  • Art direct visually appealing and engaging digital marketing books that incorporate photos, copywriting, and other assets. Example 1, Example 2, Example 3 **No technical graphic design skills needed...you just need to art direct**
  • Conduct "Buyer Love Letter / Buyer Introduction" interviews with our home buying clients and craft beautiful, emotionally resonant "Love Letters" to be submitted with their offers
  • Leverage existing templates in Canva to generate appealing and engaging advertising pieces related to sold listings (e.g. Post Cards and Newspaper ads)
  • Oversee complex, recurring lead-generating systems and lead follow-up systems (e.g. monthly postcard mailings to 16,000 households, monthly "local home prices report" mailings to 700 households).

  • You are a student of your craft - you are on a constant mission to improve your abilities and you have a swipe file of beautifully executed marketing and branding pieces.

  • You are a confident, resourceful, and highly motivated self-starter who can work independently; you don’t require someone looking over your shoulder all day.
  • You execute with speed and decisiveness, and understand how to manage priorities.

COMPENSATION: Better than Competitive!

LOGISTICS: Hybrid--In office M/W/F. Remote option T/Th.

SCHEDULE: Full Time, 40+ hrs per week
